With the Fuse Collect app for building surveys, you can carry out the survey quickly and fully digitally. All defects are registered in the tablet module and recorded with photos. Surveys can be carried out offline and by several experts at once. Once the survey is complete, you can edit it in the Fuse office module and immediately generate one or more high-quality reports for your client or the occupants.

Photos are taken in high HD+ quality (the specifications of your tablet matter). Fuse automatically formats the photos to a fixed, high-quality size so they are suitable for the automated reports.
Yes, with Fuse Building you can carry out every type of building survey. Commonly used types are pre-construction surveys, interim surveys and final surveys.
All data is stored in a secure environment and exchanged safely with the office. Our data storage and connections meet all GDPR requirements. Before the survey, the occupant or owner can record their consent and sign it directly on the inspector's tablet.
Yes, weather conditions can be recorded per survey in the Fuse Building app.
Yes, in Fuse Building several inspectors can easily work on the same project at the same time. In the Fuse app, every inspector can see exactly the status of each survey at each address.
Yes, once the survey has been synchronised with the office, you can still edit it there, including adding defects.
The report can be generated directly in PDF format via the Fuse Building office module. It can then be sent to the occupant or owner by email via a link. An integration with a platform that automates occupant communication for appointments and reports is currently in development.
